The Bird Pizza Woodinville is looking for an experienced pizza kitchen manager and pizza bakers/makers for a new venture inside the Black Raven Brewery in Woodinville. The menu will include pizza, sandwiches and salads during Black Raven's hours of operation. Slated to open spring of 2026!
PIZZA BAKER/MAKER Key responsibilities PIZZA PREPARATION: Prepare dough, sauces, and ingredients; assemble pizzas according to, recipes and specifications. COOKING: Operate pizza ovens (electric), monitor temperatures, and ensure proper bake times. SANITATION & MAINTENANCE: Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations, utensils, and equipment; follow health and safety guidelines. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT Monitor ingredient stock levels, report shortages to supervisors, and assist with inventory tasks. CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Greet customers, take phone orders, and handle POS transactions, providing excellent service. What you bring Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced food service is preferred. Baking experience is a big plus! Technical Skills: Ability to operate kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, dough mixers, slicers) and follow recipe measurements. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a hot environment, and lift heavy items. Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and hygiene standards. Teamwork: Ability to communicate clearly with team members to ensure efficient operations. PIZZA KITCHEN MANAGER We’re looking for an experienced Pizza Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, build a strong team, and deliver an awesome guest experience — every shift, every day. What we’re looking for You’re the kind of leader who can keep the vibe positive while holding the standards high. You’re comfortable jumping in wherever needed, coaching your team in real time, and running a tight, efficient operation.
